Swoon! Yay for Kevin Henkes! He’s one of my very favorite Children’s authors. I am wild about his mouse characters, Lilly, Chrysanthemum, Owen…all of them! I like that they are spirited and sassy without being bad examples. I love the funny little things he incorporates into the illustrations, too.
That photograph is unreal. So magical. And I also wanted to say that I really love the polaroid light from the last list. I want to make my own, since that doesn’t seem to be an option via the company that is making them now.
